Touch Up Mobile Detailing

1. Introduction

By scheduling a service with Touch Up Mobile Detailing, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These terms are subject to change without notice.

2. Services and Pricing

All services are subject to availability and vehicle condition. Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, or special requests. Emergency cleanup and pet hair removal may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Liability

We take great care in servicing your vehicle. However, Touch Up Mobile Detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage, wear, or mechanical issues. Customers must remove all valuables prior to service.

5. Inclement Weather

In the event of severe weather, appointments may be rescheduled at our discretion to ensure the safety of both our team and your vehicle.

6. Customer Agreement

By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree that pricing may vary based on the condition of the vehicle. Final pricing will be confirmed upon inspection. Severe pet hair, stains, or biohazard-level messes may incur additional charges.

You also agree that Touch Up Mobile Detailing and its employees are not liable for any pre-existing damage, electrical or mechanical issues, or damage resulting from existing wear and tear. While every effort is made to protect your vehicle, you assume full responsibility for any personal items left in the vehicle.

By proceeding, you agree to these terms and release Touch Up Mobile Detailing from any liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Agreement

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.
